Grand Master Amit Bhargava is the Secretary General of World Hupkwondo Council and Chairman of the Technical Committee & Chief Examiner of Indian body of Hupkwondo . He is one of the few International Mixed Martial Arts Grand Master Instructors from India. He is also the Chairperson and Asia Chief of International Sports Martial Arts Committee and President and Chairman of the Technical Committee of Martial Arts and Self Defense Organization. Apart from being an International Grand Master  he holds Master Degree in Taekwondo & Black Belt Degrees in several Martial Arts. He holds records in both Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records. Grand Master Amit Bhargava has been associated with the martial arts field for more than three and a half decades and is well versed in several martial arts forms such as Hupkwondo, Taekwondo, Karate, Choi Kwang Do, Muay Thai, Kodachi Lado, Wado Shimpo, Kickboxing among others. He specializes in Street Self Defense and Unarmed Combat.  He is the only Indian Instructor to have trained the U.S Marines. He has been associated with the Expatriate Community in India since 1996, and has been a teacher to students from different countries in India and abroad. He has trained Families of Senior officials of the Governments of United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Poland, Namibia, Angola, South Africa among others and also from the World Bank and the United Nations.
